The Tea With
Easy With Abi
Let me spill.
Since 2018, I’ve been the C-level right hand to multimillion-dollar founders, running their operations like a CEO-in-training. But when I launched my own brand last year, I quickly learned small businesses play by different rules. Suddenly, I wasn’t just checking things off a list, I was accountable. I had to hire, build systems, and project plan for my own launch. That humbling experience hit me: this is exactly what I want to do for others, help women and fellow LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs get the same ease I fought for.
A little more about me: I’ve been a high achiever since pre-school, stacking medals and winning competitions like it was a sport. For years, I believed hard work was the only way until burnout forced me to find another path when I got so sick. Now I know, ease creates time, time creates choice, and choice is freedom. That choice led me to packing my bags, leaving the city for island life, marrying the woman I love, and finally doing whatever the heck I want. All because I decided to break through the burnout.

why i make things easy
Rest is Resistance
The patriarchy wants us overworked and exhausted. When you protect your energy, you create space for joy, relationships, and the work that actually matters. That’s why I believe rest itself is a form of resistance.
Ease is Intention
Easy doesn’t mean lazy. Busywork isn’t real work.
With only about 4,000 weeks in an average lifetime, every hour spent untangling business chaos is an hour you don’t get back.
Freedom is Power
When LGBTQIA+ and women-owned businesses have money, time, and space, we create ripples that make communities stronger. Freedom isn’t just personal, it’s collective. It gives us choice, safety, and the ability to design lives on our own terms.
